A genuine relationship

The person you meet online is the therapist you meet in session.

I provide a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and feel heard. I take time to understand your needs, emotions, and experiences without criticism or assumptions. The person you encounter here is the same therapist you will meet in session—genuine, compassionate, and deeply committed to supporting your growth.

I genuinely love the work I do and believe therapy can create meaningful change. Together, we can understand the thoughts and emotional patterns causing distress, challenge negative thinking, and develop practical tools that support you beyond the therapy hour.

How I work

Collaborative, practical, and responsive.

Therapy is not a promise of instant results. It is a collaborative process in which we regularly reflect on what is helping, what may need to change, and which tools fit your life. Meaningful progress is possible when we approach the work with honesty, consistency, and compassion.

About Rose

Experience grounded in empathy and respect.

With more than 25 years of experience in mental health, I bring extensive clinical knowledge and a deeply human approach to therapy. My work is centered on helping adults recognize patterns that keep them feeling stuck, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.

My approach integrates CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, psychoeducation, and other evidence-informed methods. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all formula, I tailor our work to your unique needs, history, pace, and goals.
